Our goal is to provide you with the superior quality service and merchandise. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable.
Non-furniture & Non-custom/special order items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify 2 Sweet Sisters within 10 business days of receiving your order. All returns require prior authorization.Please email email@example.com. for a return authorization code and return shipping information. Orders which are returned without prior authorization will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit.
Upon receipt of your approved return: We will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are absolutely no returns, exchanges or credits after 30 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. All approved returns must be received within 10 days of approval, after 10 days the right to return the item is forfeited. All shipping charges are the customers responsibility. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the actual shipping cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
Furniture & Custom Designed Orders or Special Order Items: All furniture and custom-designed bedding, accessories, select gifts, special order items, or other made-to-order/custom made upon order products require payment in full upon order. Because artisans craft these items to your specifications, 2 Sweet Sisters cannot accept returns, exchanges, refusal of delivery, or cancellations on these products, unless defective. Delays in delivery are sometimes unforeseen. A delay in delivery on a custom order item or special order item is not grounds for a refund, return, cancellation, or shipment refusal refusal. A custom ordered item or special order item cannot be cancelled, returned, or refused delivery due to a delay of any type in the shipping.
Clearance and Sale Items:Clearance and most sale items are considered a final sale and are not returnable.
Shipment Refusal : On furniture orders failure to schedule a delivery to the original delivery address, is considered as refusal of shipment.Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for the actual postage or shipping to and from the original shipping address, and handling fee's associated with the delivery as billed by the shipping company and/or manufacture. In addition, orders where delivery is refused are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. It the item is refused is a special order item or custom made item, the item will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. By refusing delivery of a special order item or custom made item, the customer forfeits any and all refunds. On international orders you may not refuse shipment, doing so will forfeit any refund. Furniture, Bedding, and Oversize items shipped internationally are not returnable or refundable, and cannot be refused for any reason other than damage.
Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged: 2 Sweet Sisters is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Customer will not receive free shipping on exchanges. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable. Items sent via US postal Service are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services. 2 Sweet Sisters is not responsible for UPS,FedEx, or USPS internal delivery delays. Canceled orders: 2 Sweet Sisters reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price.
If 2 Sweet Sisters suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Custom order items and special order items cannot be canceled and are not returnable. All furniture orders canceled or refused delivery on will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Important: We can not return or exchange any merchandise purchased from the following manufacturers, unless defective, as they are considered special order items. Bebe Chic, Bratt Decor, Doodlefish Kids, Rock a Bye, Little Things Mean a Lot, Caden Lane, House Inc, Classic Cottages, Nollie Covers, Olena Boyko, Lulla Smith, Lito, Little Bunny Blue, Maddie Boo, Corsican,Newport Cottage, Little Castle, and Country Cottages. Christening/Baptisms gowns are not returnable. Also, all artwork, fabric, and personalized items can not be returned. If a non-returnable item is received in damaged condition or is found to have a manufactures defect, you will receive a replacement. This does not warrant a refund. Replacements will be sent based on manufacture availability. If you wish to cancel an order for furniture, for a custom made item, or, a special order item you may do so within 24 hours of the placement of the order. On the second day, your order will go into production. Any cancellation, or refusal of delivery after the 2nd day will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders in which the shipment is delayed by the manufacture or by customs inspection does not warrant a cancellation or refund.
2 Sweet Sisters ships merchandise via UPS, USPS, FedEx and by specialized furniture carriers. Many factors determine which option is used to ship your purchase, including the weight and dimensions of the product. Most orders are shipped direct form the manufacture or artist to your residence or business. Please note that we are unable to arrange delivery to P.O. boxes.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary from product to product. Many of our products are individually constructed and painted at the time your order is placed and considered made-to-order, please allow 2-12 weeks for completion and 3-7 days for shipping.. 2 Sweet Sisters will make every effort to expedite your order, however we work with many artisans and manufactures therefore shipping schedules may vary and can exceed 8 weeks. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. On occasion furniture shipment may be delayed based on availability or shipping complications, this is not grounds for refund, cancellation, or refusal. Shipping time frames and are subject to change, special order items cannot be cancelled due to shipping delays with the manufacture.
Freight Delivery, Customers are required to schedule delivery with the freight company upon receiving a call to schedule delivery. If customer does not arrange delivery within 2 weeks of the freight company calling to schedule delivery, they may be subject to additional holding fees. Any customer who changes the delivery location, service level with the shipping company directly, without approval from 2 Sweet Sisters will forfeit any shipping issue compensation or refund. Shipping on all furniture is via standard curbside delivery, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery information/Receiving Freight: Please ceck that all pieces listed on the delivery receipt are present at the time of delivery. Open and inspect all cartons for visible damage before signing the Bill of Lading.If you are unable to inspect them at the time of delivery, write “possible concealed damage” on the delivery receipt. Visibly damaged freight should be refused at time of delivery.
Concealed damage (damaged discovered once the box has been opened), visible damage, or missing pieces should be reported to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. FedEx -- Some Bratt Decor items are shipped via FedEx. FedEx does not require that the consignee is present at the time of delivery. Signature service may be requested.
Shipping on all furniture is via standard curbside delivery, unless otherwise stated. The customer will be responsible for all movement from the curb/truck lift gate.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
In the event that the customer requests that we hold an item/items in our warehouse or in a manufactures warehouse for a given amount of time, the item is considered to be the sole property of the customer beginning on the day the order was received. Customer will be notified as to when the item must be delivered by.
